The kingdom of God is the greatest thing our lives can fathom after hearing of the Lord Jesus, His saving power and being filled with the Holy Spirit. My heart can hardly take it in when I think about the vastness of this Earth. As large as we perceive it to be, it is actually one of the smaller rocks of our planetary system. My heart skips a beat and leaps for joy when it dawns on me that all of this is for us to learn about along with His infilling of the Holy Ghost and His kingdom to take care of us. When I consider all the thought and planning it took for our Daddy, source and sustainer, to lay all this out on a carpet of sky and that our earth is spinning at a thousand miles an hour so that every part of it can get the benefits of the Sun I can hardly stand it.
Then I stand in awe at this glory he has made as I hear Him tell me that “Paul, this is all yours.” He has loaded me with gifts and graces of His own choosing. Now I can go out and discover what He has put in me through Jesus Christ and tell others how to enjoy the same. I just say it’s too much Lord, it’s too much.
You must realize that you can only experience the kingdom life when you yield to kingdom government. We can’t read the words of Jesus Christ and think they are a take it or leave it deal. Jesus is king and He gave His Words as commandments not suggestions. Jesus came for a purpose and that was to expand God's kingdom from heaven to Earth.
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah.9:6-7 (KJV)
Look at that will you? Jesus came to bring peace, government and a throne where your rights and privileges are restored. To bring order and establishment back to His people with the zeal of the LORD of Host! Here's a great read right here at the end……”From Henceforth even forever.” That means it is right now! That means the kingdom of God is not some new “wave of doctrine.” That means that His kingdom is real folks so get on board or move out of the way!
“The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.” Luke 16:16 (KJV)
“Let me tell you what’s going on here: No one in history surpasses John the Baptizer; but in the kingdom he prepared you for, the lowliest person is ahead of him. For a long time now people have tried to force themselves into God’s kingdom. But if you read the books of the Prophets and God’s Law closely, you will see them culminate in John, teaming up with him in preparing the way for the Messiah of the kingdom. Looked at in this way, John is the ‘Elijah’ you’ve all been expecting to arrive and introduce the Messiah.” Matt 11:11-14 (MSG)
The Bible is a kingdom/governed book not a democracy. It is a book about a king looking to expand His kingdom here on Earth so He sent His Son, the first begotten from the dead, to colonize Earth with the glory of His Kingdom. We must submit to that before we can go on because Jesus said... “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.” That is a command not a suggestion. John the baptizer spoke of one that was to come and He is here now. There is now a better government in town and it’s here forever.
Could you be waiting to go to heaven when there is so much heaven at your fingers now? Do you think that God, the source, sent the governor of the kingdom here to be ignored like He’s the elephant in the room? No He certainly did not. You see, the kingdom of God is to everyone but it is only on the believer. You can never appropriate what you postpone.
People are dying to get into the USA right now because their government is not taking care of them. They are seeking citizenship into this country because they are afraid of their particular government. They are risking life and limb to get here because their government won't allow them to worship God as they choose. They value the citizenship of the USA highly. Border patrols are crying for the help that is so needed to take care of all these people. Our rulers of congress are slowly digging in their heels so that they can make it to another term while people's lives are on the line.
This is what ticked off Jesus so much when he said….
“But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.” Matt 23: 13
“Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.” Matt 21:43 (KJV)
“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them. And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan.” Matt 4:23-25
I don’t know about you but it is obvious to me that the kingdom of God teaching is vital to all the people of the earth. Jesus’ stump speech was that the Kingdom of God is here and that He is anointed to preach the good news to the poor, to heal the broken hearted, to set at liberty them that are bruised and to preach the Jubilee! How many of us want that? How many of us know that the eternal kingdom is granted to us already? How many of us know that we can call on Him and He will answer us and show us great and mighty things that we know nothing of? How many of us are sitting close by the gates to the kingdom of God and yet are watching others who are not even born here flock to cross the borders of our country? Once the migrants touch their feet on our soil they can now cry out to Jesus to save them and give them their inheritance now! Can you hear them shouting that “If you don’t want such an awesome kingdom….we’ll take it?”
They can now benefit from the privilege of dual citizenship. America may make them jump through hoops to citizenship but not Christ. Our King Lord will have His hands stretched out saying ‘I’m glad you are here so now receive the Holy Spirit.’
Jesus said that he was doing what He saw His father do and that greater things than these shall we do once He’s gone to His Father which is in Heaven. Well He’s gone to His Father’s so let us receive our citizenship like we are grateful and dominate the circumstances that we face and march forward towards our dreams. Let us not be the country that the kingdom of God is taken from so that some other people can bring the fruits of it in. Let us seek first the kingdom of God and His path of citizenship so that we can continue to be the country that allows people to enter the Kingdom of God and we partake of it all as well. God is all in. Jesus is all in. The Holy Spirit is all in……...Are you all in? See ya at the top.

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:14 KJV
